Responsibilities
- 负责公司核心产品的 PHP 后端架构设计与开发，使用 Laravel / ThinkPHP 框架
- 设计和优化数据库结构，进行 SQL 性能调优，保障系统高可用
- 参与系统架构设计，推动微服务化改造，编写技术文档和代码规范
- 与前端、产品团队紧密协作，确保项目高质量交付
- 指导初级开发人员，进行 Code Review 和技术分享
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上 PHP 开发经验
- 精通 Laravel / ThinkPHP 框架，熟悉 Composer 包管理和 PSR 规范
- 精通 MySQL 索引优化、事务、分库分表；熟悉 Redis 缓存和消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka）
- 有高并发、大流量系统开发经验，了解分布式系统设计优先
- 熟悉 Docker、Git、Linux 服务器运维，有 DevOps 经验加分
